Dear Eva, I’m sorry I could not make your piano play beyond inherent vertical piano limitations. Notes cannot repeat properly without fully releasing the key so the spring jack can reset. A vertical piano action can be optimized with regulation and special dry cleaning lubrication and protection of action center bushings.. I did the best I could for you, added value to our standard budget minded piano service. This is my best guessing on why you were not satisfied based on our conversation at your appointment. I reached out to you several times to get your feedback. I did not receive a response from you.
